The most frequently asked questions
We deliver in all France. The delivery in province is possible for a certain volume of furniture (living room, dining room and bedrooms).
After agreement on the estimate, it takes about a week to organize our schedule.
All our rental furniture is insured; you don’t need to insure it!
Yes, if a piece of furniture becomes damaged due to wear and tear, it is replaced at no charge. If a piece of furniture is damaged (for example, cigarette burns on a sofa), compensation will be requested.
All our equipment is under warranty: we intervene quickly to replace it.
Some are bought back by our customers, others are sold on the second-hand market and a large majority are donated to associations because this has been part of our DNA for a very long time.
We offer a purchase option at the end of the lease on some or all of the rented furniture. Just send us an email to ask us the price of the items you are interested in.
Depending on the list of furniture, we take a deposit which is returned at the end of the rental period, after the furniture has been checked.
